If you want to save your fudge past expiry date just put it in the freezer and it will keep fresh and be as good as new when you’re ready to eat it.
For certain festivals I make additional whisky tastes such as Lagavulin and Auchentoshan. I also make a seasonal Swedish glögg tablet.
